It's gotta be the wings HT is working on. I assume it's whether to make them retractable of fixed.

That retraction will only work if the wings are made of pixels...
If they make wings, there will either be a couple of fixed sets of open wings(In different poses), or a slightly pose able set, and then the backpack as it would be with them closed.

This. Retractable ones would be much more complicated to manufacture, be less durable, probably break so easily like catwoman's mask and cost more for us to purchase too.

Trying to make the wings that were CGI work for real in 1/6 would be crazy. It could be done but it would probably add $1000 the price of the figure to do it right and make it reliable.

I understand - no need to apologise! Nothing wrong with figure anticipation - I was all excited for the Winter Soldier figure release - been in proper fan-girl mode ever since!! I hate waiting for figures to be announced too, especially when its one you've been waiting or hoping for - this one will be worth waiting for I'm sure!!

I'm the exact same with the Winter Soldier. My most anticipated figure since Loki. I've loved the Winter Soldier storyline (and Bucky) since first discovering it and I've waited for them bring it into the movies since the first Cap.

I'm not worried about Falcon - the movie was a huge hit and he was such a significant character in it. I'm sure he's still coming. I agree with those that say it's probably the wings that are delaying him. I've been burned by HT with a couple other lines, but when it comes to the MCU I can relax a lot more.

I'm hoping they have a good looking prototype at the Marvel Sapiens exhibition. On their site it says you can see "the latest Captain America: The Winter Soldier Collectible Figures and diorama to be seen for first time in Japan" gives me some hope

I'm hoping they have a good looking prototype at the Marvel Sapiens exhibition. On their site it says you can see "the latest Captain America: The Winter Soldier Collectible Figures and diorama to be seen for first time in Japan" gives me some hope

He's not on display there they said. Pics of everything that's on display there have been posted in their respective threads. I figured he would be there too bt not yet

Batroc? Useless Character! Plus Falcon(if being made) probably wont be out untill 2015 anyway, that's a lot of time

Yep Maria would be my No1 choice if I could only get one, she simply must be made for AOU2, and of course:

she works for Stark now so hopefully She'll have a more prominent role, especially when [Ultron Kills Pepper(speculation)]
