So glad I returned the original. It was mental how everyone denied the glaringly obvious problems with paint apps, and now those that defended such mediocrity are crying about this far superior edition.

Edition size is gonna be mental as well. Like 1000 or above.

I had no problems with my paint apps, and those who did likely returned them as well. If they didn't, I don't think it's mental that they liked their version enough to keep it. And from what I've read, most just wish the option was given from the start when it came to the variant. I personally love my original piece, and am glad I got it.

I also don't think you can call this version "far superior" when talking about a proto picture that's lit perfectly, and touched up where needed. There were a hundred pages of people fawning over the proto of the original, and complaints from some started coming once the production piece was shown and shipped. While I hope this turns out great for everyone who orders it, odds are it'll have its fair share of problems as well with some shipments. You just sound silly condemning everyone who chose to keep the original just because yours didn't turn out to your liking. Good luck with round two though.

They changed factories by default it is already better since the bar wasnt set that high to begin with. If you enjoy it all the more power to you. I choose not to have this debate with someone so neurotic.

Not always, but comparing that production piece to the green proto is not really fair as you say.

Maybe it is, but it looks like they had terrible lighting. I was just looking at some other pics of the real proto on display not promo pics and she looks much better.

Well I don't mean to ruin this parade, but its true. Short of it being $2000 or something ridiculous we aren't going to receive a good quality paint job. Use this for example.

Personally, I think any colour other than flesh tone will look good (in this case, Green); as in the flaws, if any, might not look that bad when its all green, imo.

She looks like an alien because her eyes are so far apart. Prototype piece was awesome!

Yea, the production paint on the face was the #1 reason I sold the one I had. The rest of the statue was great.

Yea, the storm and P2 were hinted at, but never previewed. I would not be shocked to see this in the 1500-2000 ES range.
