Got mine today! I must say mine turned out Perfect. After a head to toe inspection I'm very, very happy.

This is one impressive statue that pictures most definitely do not due justice. I have thought since the first release pictures that he was good but not AWESOME. That changed after unboxing and setting him up. He has just made it to my top 3 favorites.

PS that cape is massive!

Congrats! Glad that you got a good one! I have to admit that I'm a little worried the condition of mine from the flaws that other people have been getting with theirs recently. Hope everyone with bad qc issues get taken care of by SS.

Remember though, they were the ones who started offering it when the didn't want to replace certain damages. Besides, we all know it doesn't cost any where near that much to produce these, so it's more an excuse to raise the price than an actual reason.

I totally agree on both your points, but its quite apparent that some people are abusing it, which in turn raises the costs for the rest of us.

I got my replacement body today (replaced because of broken arm) But I can't get this new one to fit in the base... The peg on the right foot just won't go in all the way. The other one had no such problem... I contacted SSC.. Anyone else have this issue... If you did, did you have any tricks to get it in the base? The second pic looks like it does because I cant get the right foot peg in all the way... thus causing the left foot peg to be like it is.

Had the same problem with mine Jaws, if you go a few pages back you can read all about it. Basically they said they are out of replacement bodies and I can send it back for a full refund or keep it damaged and get $45. I said no that isn't acceptable, so they said they could send a new base and see if it will fit in that one. If that doesn't work they said your SOL and there isn't anything they can do but refund me, and if I still want a Batman PF to buy the reg.

The more reason to go and get it. Hell, I'm calling tomorrow because of the armpit. It's either perfect for me or credit. No going around it (I know I might not get it, but wth)

I called SS and some guy told me,no credit for the armpit.

Plus armpit issues, among other fabric issues, plus paint flaws, breakage, list goes on, makes me want to stop.

I guess I was lucky mine came perfect,besides the armpit thing.

I'm feeling the same way! Then again I had my share with the Conan Fury piece but SS did resolve it.

Already had a replacement body sent for the hole in the fabric I had. Replacement didn't fit in the base like Jaws. So I talked to SSC on the phone asked to get a new replacement bodies and be put on the wait list for a new one. Was told the wait list was filled and they had no more replacement bodies to give and it is why they are sending me the new base. That is the short version go back about 6-10 pages to read the full story and conversations I had with them.

Haven't done anything yet. I am going to see if the new base helps. If not though I will resort to getting creative. Most likely shaving the peg to make it fit. Then taking the credit they offered me to keep it. It is really annoying though and none of us should really have to deal with this.
