I would be very surprised if any new people have there WL convert. I jumped on anyway even though I just ordered the reg last week. I guess if mine does convert I'll lose the $40 NRD. It would be nice though if SSC would make an exception in this case and transfer that $40 to the EX since it has been showing as sold out for so long.

Lots of boardies have said they called customer service and they have done that for them as a "one time courtesy".
I'd be surprised if the new WL people converted too... makes me wonder 1) how many people are on the waitlist and 2) why is the waitlist open again after 2 years xD

How long should I give the waitlist a chance to convert before just ordering a reg instead? Even though I jumped on it right when he went up today I have a feeling I won't be getting it.

What are the chances that the new / old WListed folks might get those statues which were sent back by others? I do not think there might have been so many card declines that they had to open up the WL again.
Looks like a lot of people really took the sagging armpit 'issue' to their heart and cancelled Bats!

Batman arrived safe and sound yesterday with no issues aside from the fabric at the pits which are minor on mine compared to some I have seen posted as the seams are not so misplaced. I did put a clear band on the right which snugged it up nicely. As previously stated by most he is impressive and is easily my favorite PF now.

Man, decisions... decisions... Iron Monger, ED-209, or this beauty.... I didn't know how the premium format figures worked until I finally saw a review the other day, looks stunning! As much as I don't want to give up my waitlist, I just might have to. Or I can try to invest and sell it to help with payments on other figures I have right now....

It is a stellar piece! Especially for DC fans this is a piece not to be missed! I am not big on DC but I couldn't pass this beauty up. I also ordered Sinestro as that piece just grabbed me and the same goes for Wonder Woman. They will be the extent of my DC characters.

I have three payments down and the NRD on the reg. Already.
Jumped on the WL anyway, will call SSC and see if in the rare instance that my WL converts before I'm done paying for the reg. Thy could switch the funds over. Doubt it, but worth a shot.

But the item description doesn't state that it's the EX version.

Never does. If you check your order history and link from there it will go to the EX.
