Working the entire Christmas season, buddy. I hope it won't be like this next year. I missed a lot of gatherings and parties, but I gotta finish a lot of commissions -- some almost 2-year old requests which I was not able to tend to having been working on a monthly book for just as long. Trying not to complain as I actually feel blessed to have a regular gig in this highly competitive cut-throat field where lots of kickass artists who deserve to get more work are actually getting sidelined.

thanks buddy! Yup, I can't wait to have him posed, but that might not happen soon, as I have to have some new shelves made first so I can move everything around to their proper places

I'm glad QS001's finally here, at looooong last. When I opened the box at the store I thought I'd see the Bruce Wayne head already more screen accurate to how Bale looked like when he first encountered Selina Kyle at the Wayne Manor

I finally got my wired cape for my EB Bats from Tony. So my QS001 with be using the EB cape. I had my Batman posed with the backpack because I was so fed up with the stock cape.

Sadly, the tutorial video is on infinite hiatus. I was making a video log of everything I did, and the resulting clips would be a nightmare to edit. I just don't have the time for it.

If I do a video it will pretty much just be listing off the mods with brief explanation.

Looks simple but elegant on the EB stand, Maglor! That's exactly how I posed mine yesterday when I had the figure thoroughly checked. It's now back in its box til I get the new shelves in.

My QS001 is turned out ok out of the box. Hot Toys cheap glue unsurprisingly failed again, but the armor plates that got unlglues are now secured with better adhesive. 2 of my faceplates won't fit snugly on either cowls, but it was a simple fix using little resin epoxy that I sculpted and sanded, and now it fits perfectly

He does look great on the Enterbay stand! I wish thee wasn't such a height differential between the qs001 and the Enterbay version.

I am no huge fan of modding, but did I read somewhere that people extended the qs001 ankle pegs?

Yeah apparently you take them out and just don't put them back in all the way. I think you get half an inch difference.

Of course bro. Just one with some modifications like Major did and seriously we can't compare the " stock " one with this one .
And also because BB is my fav movie so i would love to display them together. One with the batman cowl and the other one with the BW head.

So you will have one BB figure displayed with cowl and one without the cowl with EB Bale head right?
