its pretty fun how its the MILK version, I guess aftering using the same headsculpt three times over its almost impossible to not make fun of it or the name

Yep, and they pass on Gordon, Alfred, Fox, Talia, Blake, R'as from the TDK line, Yinsen, Pepper, Happy, Hammer, Maya, Killian, Killian's Extremis right hand, 10 Rings baddie from the first IM... all probably more significant than this creation...

Last time I was in Hong Kong, Ironman 3 just came out and it seemed that Ironman/Tony Stark's face was everywhere. There were so many posters in their subways, splash posters and banners in their airport as well. Not to mention their Ironman display at a high class Hysan mall. Hell they are even planning a Disney/Avengers section of their theme park in HK.

I really thought this was an awful kitbash.
It looks more like Happy Hogan in one of the pics.
I also agree with the people saying
We should have seen Pepper Potts before this mess.

I think HT Iron Man fans in Asia are loco about the armored figures, not the Tony Stark ones. Asians love mechas, and that's one factor that gave Iron Man armors an appeal to Asian fans. You could see MISB Propulsion Test Tony figures for sale at retail price on various Asian-based Buy/Sell/Trade forums and still nobody bites. Sell a Midas for $400 and you'd get tons of inquiries
