Well. . .the stock body is all kinds of wrong, but it's hard to fault Rainman for that one.

I'm assuming everyone is using the TTM-21 for the non shirtless looks? Is that confirmed that's what RM used?

That is what he used, but the arms are too big and have ugly joints (which is the bigger issue many seem to have). Plus, the color seems too dark for the torso and head based on the pics we've seen. The shoulders are also actually too big for this guy, so I'm thinking I'll go with a narrow shoulder Truetype even though I'm not posing him shirtless.

I heard that the Narrow actually has broader shoulders than the 21...the 18 has smaller biceps though. This was brought up in the Heisenberg thread a week ago. Wouldnt Bickles baggier jacket hide the biceps on the 21 suffiently?

So Rdeezy, you are saying this:

has broader shoulders than this?

Are you talking distance from one shoulder to the other? Because that is possible. I was just thinking about the individual shoulders themselves. Based on shape in relation to the body, the "narrow shoulder" (which, by definition should have narrower shoulders than other, more "normal" bodies!) is closer to Bickle's body type.

Shaving down the shoulders could be a solution for those inclined to do that sort of thing. I do my share of self-customization, but dremeling is something I'm still not really comfortable with.

Yeah more the width from shoulder to shoulder ...Kara any tips on where to find TTM18's besides ebay? They're pretty pricey

What happened to the BL body everyone was happy with???
I'm just talking about options for figures wearing the jacket. If you want to do a shirtless look, then either the HT or EB Bruce Lees, or maybe the Blitzway bodies seem like better solutions, but you may still have divergent skin tones.

Originals are expensive, but there are pretty high quality knock offs out there you can buy for a song:

It would feel almost wrong putting a RM piece on a knockoff body though wouldn't it feel"dirty" lol

Well, you can always shell out $100+ for an authentic one if you choose to :D Seriously though, some of the newer ones they have done are almost indistinguishable from the real deals. Maybe slightly looser joints, but even the texture and plastic quality is about there.

I assumed the "regular" was meant to replace the original "wide" shouldered Truetype as the standard, military type body for Hot Toys, but your are right--we haven't seen how they will refer to subsequent versions of that body.
