He was on sell for $75 a couple of days ago, complete, from a fellow member on the FS section. Was sold in a matter of hours.

Good to hear the deals are still out there! I mentioned that you can still find him on the cheap in the review.... So I'm happy to hear I am not off base still in thinking that. :1-1:

Hot Toys MMS 148 Odin 1/6th Scale Figure Review

...and here's our disclaimer again if you haven't caught our other Hot Toys reviews- Our review style is a bit different than most. Our reviews consist of a bunch of pictures of a figure with an accompanying video of my 10-year-old son Blaze (with guest appearances by my 5-year-old Keaton) and I rambling on about that specific figure. It is fun for us because this is a hobby we share and we feel it is kinda neat to see 2 generations offering their views on a current product. It isn't for everybody though, so I won't be offended if you skip the video and just look at the pics..)

Two packages today and one was the AMAZING Hopkins figure from Thor. Here he is posed up along side the other piece I got today from fellow youtuber Mikesauns007, War Machine.

Hope you enjoy the poses. :wave

My Odin arrived today and WOW what a figure! I can only reiterate what's already been said, such an under rated figure, stunning detail. He'll look amazing stood next to Thor and when Loki arrives next week!

Perhaps she/he took "underrated" to mean "critically rated/graded/scored at a low level." :dunno :grouphug

Well yes underrated to me means its rated not as good as it should be :p just because it dint sell does not mean people dint rate it. They just dint want it

Any one know of a hobby shop in New Jersey that might have this in stock? I got into this hobby a year and a half ago and he's the only one on my list that has not been purchased.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I know a shop in massachusetts that has it sitting there... So it is possible. Why not use eBay? His prices on there are reasonable.

Finally got around and purchased this figure from Ebay. It looks amazing.

The only question that I have is, was this figure full of QC issues? I know it was released years ago and I have only been collecting for a year. All the figures I have might have something here or there but nothing like this.

Just to explain, it has a bb gun pellet size black stain on the red cape. Best way I can describe it, it looks like crazy glue that dried up. The helmet looks like it was molded incorrectly around the horns. Also on the vest one of the circles on the chest has a smudge and a scrape on it. Not to mention an issue with the vest around the waist.

I know no figure is perfect but out 22 figures that I have purchased, this one really surprised me with it's issues. Since it was purchased on Ebay there is no replacement. I'm stuck with it.

Thanks and sorry for the long rant.

Hmm? Sounds to me you just got a defective piece. Mine didn't come with any of those issues you described and others that have mine havn't complained of that stuff either. At least, not to knowledge. Any way of getting an exchange or refund? :dunno

I actually contacted the seller to see if an exchange is possible. He might have another one. The item was still sealed in the brown shipper so there was no way he could have known.

I just hope it can be resolved. I suffer from major OCD and that many imperfections bug the heck out of me.
