Are you able to pose the toes? And is the dome rubber?

That's all I wanna know at this point.

Well since this is Hot Toys don't expect an answer to those important questions any time soon. :rolleyes2 They should have really addressed the dome issue when this was announced.

Oh man, I've been waiting for this forever. Someone said there were three Robocop releases. What's the third?

Really hope they don't use rubber on the dome again. That didn't work out well. Will this be able to extend it's height? Will the legs mechanically work like they did in the movie? Really hope this thing isn't $400.

I'm guessing the third one will include a full Peter Weller head sculpt.

From this pic you can see the articulation gap on 1 toe compared to the other, and besides they have done it plenty of times with other figs.

I would think the dome is plastic this time.

I know right. I thought they would've demonstrated the toe movement in maybe a walking motion shot in the pictures they've released. Also mention about the dome as I think near enough every owner of the previous ED has complained about that.

I see the ankle articulation, which the previous one had too. I don't see toe articulation though.

Hopefully it just opens more than seen in their pic.

In the top picture the toes are actually hanging, like in a grabbing motion. Which is what I'm asking, will each individual toe be able to be posed up and down? Not the ankle movement, which the previous one had.

Not to get your hopes up but they do say this in their facebook page:

The claw bit is exciting to me.

Just got a response from a retailer, and apparently Sideshow/Hot Toys has changed there wholesale prices and so the discounts that we use to get are not going to happen anymore.

The third release is the RC with chair.
Unfortunately, Peter Weller refuses to give permission for his facial likeness to be licensed. I think HT felt it would be safe for them to give us an accurate mouth and chin, happily. However, if we ever do get a full face Robo with helmet removed, it'll be like John Hurt/Kane (ALIEN) all over again. That will be ok with me, because I can sculpt a good custom Weller to replace the generic face, and keep the rear-of-the-head details, which is the part I really want.

Maybe that has changed?

Thank you for many fans’ support when we introduced our latest RoboCop collectibles. We heard that you guys would love to see Alex Murphy as the unhelmeted RoboCop, so we got a good news for you all! Our Production Director & Chief Painter J.C. Hong has just shared photos of the work already in progress for the head sculpt on his blog (https://tiger231.blog.me/80191133866), so please stay tuned to see how it will look like in another version of RoboCop soon! — Sneak Peek of Unhelmeted RoboCop

No point in teasing a figure of Murphy that's not based on Weller's likeness because otherwise they'd have the head included with this one, I think. I hope I'm right though I think I'm going to be quite happy with just this one and ED-209 :monkey3

If Weller has since given permission: "Old data, pay it no mind."
Furthermore: If this head sculpt is not included with my PO'd diecast version but only with a third version of RC, maybe BD, all I can say is this: Thanks HT, for giving me nice photos I can use to create an accurate knock-off.
