Do many people on here use that site? I've not heard the name...at all to be honest.

And ED-209 is now 'out of stock'. (wasn't me)

So far I have used Collectable kitbash for all my pre orders, received my joker from Darren today

More recently Ive ordered this guy... just seconds ago and vader.

Modelzones prices.... Really?

The requirement of a deposit is off-putting with CollectibleKitbash. Might just go with Forbiddenplanet. No deposits, no cancellation fees, no danger of customs fees. And then when TIMCENT starts actually getting them in stock see what his prices are like. If he is both cheaper AND will get them to me sooner - as has been the case with the HT 1:4 Endoskeleton - I would cancel and go with him. Maybe not for the entire lot though because that would be one gigantic parcel and the likelihood of customs fees would increase.

All the best dude in grabbing one , however FP are slower than CKB and the difference in prices.

I know right it's a ****ing cheap plastic chair!

I know I really don't understand it the whole time I thought ED-209 would be the most expensive, I don't want him sitting in a chair I want him battling it out with ED-209!

Really, it should have been maybe $60-$70 top.
For $125 it should be able to give him a massage.

Joking aside, it looks like the chair actually lights up, I wonder what part of the chair tough.

Watching Robocop now. I think the upper arms near the shoulder area needs to sit higher.

Hopefully the arms can be raised a bit

That's why I think this will be like the IM Mark VII. Have battle damage, but then later they will come up with another version with extreme BD and maybe that version will have the full face sculpt..maybe

The other version might have the Cobra assault canyon he used on ED-209 at the end.

question is..will there be a Robocop 2 version with the blueish type armor and Robocop 3 with the jetpack revamp, because I know HT's skipped Robocop 2 and went to Robocop 3 for the some odd reason.

Well the Robo suit in Robo2 and Robo3 are very identical. They both have a blue tint where the Robo1 version is more gray.
The reason they skipped Robocop2 is because there's really no big difference other than the paint scheme which for everyone would work better if they just made a Robocop model kit in blue and label in Robocop3 so they can include the arm cannon and eventually, the flight pack.

However for the price its going for I wish it would come with more interchangeable battle damaged pieces. Robocop gets shot to heck in the first movie and cant even walk at one point... it wasnt just his helmet and chest plate that was messed up.

oh well.

I think Hot Toys is going for the ED209 battle look so it's accurate with just the helmet and chest piece being damaged.

Yea I do see what you mean now it's been a while since I've watched Robocop.

Fingers crossed they fix it if not it's still a beauty of a figure.

Maybe I'm just over analyzing it too much, but it could be just angles in the way they have him posed.

I am not really one for nitpicking at figures but i see your point.

I think it may just be the poses they have used? hopefully it is just a case of pushing the arm joint up slightly.

Not really a problem for me, but I do think those rings on his shoulders could be doing with being slightly smaller...

Ordered with chair!!! What a fantastic piece to own. I know this probably won't happen, but anybody else wish that Hot Toys can make 1/6 scale Clarence Boddicker to go along with Robocop? I would love to have him next to Robocop on a shelf.

Could well be angles etc, we probably should over analyse it we pay enough for them, except Joker socks I never got that.

You're right their not there oh well still looks amazing i just hope the final product looks that good.
I wonder if i'll be able to imitate that scene with robo making ed shoot himself?

I'm going all out on this, not gunna half @$$ it so I ordered the whole set I started by putting aside a hundred bucks in a separate account today, and will do it every pay check. I just rewatched the first movie today and wouldn't mind a Boddicker ether, I would a least hope if hot toys fails to make one maybe headplay will produce a head sculpt so we can bash one.

I could see Hot toys making a police officer murphy figure as a toy fair exclusive as highly likely, that would be cool
