Hey, I hear ya, I dig GoT and I'd love to see more female characters. I'm sure Suckerpunch fans would love to see that line completed too.
But if GoT is unlikely, then a female character from GoT (let alone a DX) is a pipedream. Maybe even a bit less likely than a Bane DX.
I'd buy this in a DX or MMS though:

Solo DX is coming out after Anakin. Although I'm sure DX14 will be the next Keaton bats. Star wars will probably be later on down the line

Since they have revisited Terminator, Batman, and Joker so recently in the DX line, I'm going to guess Tonto, as HT are due for another Depp figure.

I'm more curious as to what the 200th MMS figure will be.
As far as DX goes here's what we know of so far,
- Robocop
- Back to the Future
- Cannibal Jack Sparrow
- Adam West 66' Batman stuff
- Star Wars Revenge of the Sith Anakin Skywalker
- Returns armor Batman
- Batman Returns Penguin
- Batman Returns Catwoman
- '89 Mob/Civilian Joker (whatever the hell they were talking about)
A police Shootout T-800 from T-1 would be a nice surprise, but we only know of the 1/4 one. Then there's always the chance of the 100th Bale Batman or Ledger Joker but they seem to save those for 01, 02, 11 and 12. Maybe we'll see them at DX 21 and DX 22.
Then there's always the chance of an Iron Man evading the DX line. Afterall, he has MMS, MMS Diecast, Statue series, Diorama series, etc. etc. Surely they'll want to make a PERS Tony headed Iron Man surrounded in foam sooner or later.

IMO Hot Toys shouldn't prioritize a DX slot to a figure that turned out to be great and loved by many as is, regardless of the lack of accessories. I'm talking about Bane. Like CR Superman, I think PERS would just mess up with the already amazing headsculpt. Besides, it would just be an excuse for HT to get about $300 from our pockets for the same package only with PERS head, the motorcycle jacket, Helmet, detonator, headset/mic, and light-up base that may not be as okay as what came with the Standard MMS version.
Like some, if not most of our fellow boardies here I'd rather the next DX slots to be offered be given to Marty Mc Fly, Anakin OR Han Solo, and one from Batman Returns, preferably Penguin.
