Depends on if OMG gets this. He doesn't seem to get any other figures to shoot besides mostly Hot Toys. The only non hot toys figure I've seen him shoot is the Bandai C3PO. Unless OMG said somewhere that he is getting this figure and I just missed it. However, when the folks at ToysDaily or other overseas folks possibly get it and we'll then be able to kind of tell when it's on its way

Good point, I completely forgot this wasn't an HT release what with their new foray into diecast lol.

Um. Oh. Okay. WOW! That is really nice! HT looks to finally have some competition! :clap

Too bad their prices aren't more competitive too! :(

That looks real nice. If you're in Singapore, I think pricing is pretty competitive. Not so much elsewhere. Silly diecast HoA making shipping cost's ridiculous :lol

rumor is that Hot toys is making a VII die cast also

If that diecast is going to be a diecast version of the out of proportion VII then its still bad to me. I wonder if Hot Toys is still going to try to do the 1/4 Avengers or not, but at this point I am not interested because of how the 1/4 TDKR looks like so far.

I will say it's great to see someone else take a stab at the high-end collectible game! Hope these guys have a success on their hands.

The scales are stupid.
1/2 to 1/12??? Where's the consistency?

Maybe I missed it, but there's no 1/2, just 1/4 and 1/12. And judging by the scheduling pic, they're going to be pretty constistent with their releases. One 1/4 and one 1/12 in August and 2 of each scale in September.

If you're talking about why 1/4 and 1/12 and no more 1/6, I actually (out of pure assumption) think that HT probably snaked the 1/6 die cast license right from under them OR Play Imaginative just didn't want to compete with HT so they opted out of 1/6 and went to other scales that have less competition with Iron Man.

I mean I find 1/12 to be pretty cool for those who collect lots of 6"-7" figures like myself. Not saying I'm going to get these at 1/12 but I think there is a market for them.

and 1/4 figures are up and coming in large part due to Enterbay I'd say with NECA following (and Hot Toys dragging); therefore, I think these are good scales so that they're not in direct competition with Hot Toys and not in major competition with EB or NECA.

I believe Enterbay is making all of the 1/4 figures of TDKR. I'm still curious to see what HT can do with the 1/4 Avengers. So far, no more mention has been given to that.

Now Enterbay possibly making all of the 1/4 TDKR is very interesting since I felt the older version they did was really good. Curious to see how they would do a female 1/4.

I really hope Play Imaginative can deliver.

I might just hold out on any 1/6 figures for IM3 and wait on these metallic 1/4 figures instead.

Where did you guys hear that EB was making 1/4 TDKR? Haven't seen/heard that announced anywhere :dunno. As far as I knew, Hot Toys has exclusive rights to TDKR
