im really pissed that the classic pred ex is also on GC,I could have saved some 50$ , even the batpod is on GC :X

Serious? And you settled for that responce?
I would insist on a quicker solution if I was you, SS are usually very efficient at dealing with issues.

I've bugged them a few times for a date for when I will get it and that's waht he told me.

I always have to deal with some guy named Daniel when I have to deal with a return or exchange and he never gives me a break.

I did already get my replacement masked wolf predator head though... that was broken too... but this requires a whole body

You need to tell them it's not good enough.
I got a whole Dutch body sent out the day they received my pictures.
I'm really surprised they have asked you to wait so long, especially if no reason was given for the delay.

oh he gave a reason... I pasted it below... at least my dutch showed up ok. I had 3 pieces in a row from SSC arrive with problems. The other was the stalker mask did not even fit on the base and they replaced the whole thing as soon as they got my return.

"Thank you very much for your patience while we received a response from our factory. We have been advised that our replacement Elder Predator pieces and accessories are estimated to ship in late March/early April. Because of this, we have placed you on a replacement waitlist for an exchange and we will alert you with further information as soon as we have updates for you. "

got mine today, i think i have to return it. his left hand doesn't snap in his body. i have to hold it so it doesn't drop.

thanks buddy. well, in my case it is simple to get his left hand in his body but it's very loose. does drop immediately.

From your pic , I also notice a few chips at the body netting.

Mine came with a tooth ring piercing error,

Ouch! I see what you mean. Is that bits of black paint missing on the netting or is it actually chipped? Looks awful, think you need more than the hand sorting out.
So glad I decided to steer clear of this line.
