I think the new head looks better on the new body.

The new body old head has a presence!!!
For some reason every time I see the new head it reminds me of a dog!!
Kinda like a bloodhound.....:dunno

That might benefit from better angles. That top-down view makes it look really bobble-headed with the old headsculpt on it....now maybe it actually is and its not just photo-distortion.

Yep, I was actually just thinking this predasculpt kinda resembles my cocker spaniel. :lol

I can't stop imagining him barking now. :lol

I think what makes the original P2 head stand out is the extra size of the head in relation to the body . Although not technically correct , it looks more film accurate . I wish they would have taken the bobble head approach with the Falconer predator / berserker predator / tracker predator . It would have given them much more presence for some reason . There heads look to small . Even with the Bio mask on.

Silly review, but he looks fantastic there. Also, that's the first time I've seen the left gauntlet canon extended and positioned properly; no one else has seemed to figure out there's a piece that slides forward after its been raised.

Would love to see more photos of the stock figure from members here.

I'm still holding onto the belief that one killer pose will be all it takes to find a love for this figure in hand. Not long now.:yess:

:exactly: I think once someone one gets some good pics of some good poses, people will come around to him, just like with the classic, not perfect, but pretty wicked none the less.

Didn't realize that others were as bothered with the new head sculpt as I am. I also switched my heads and love the result. Since I don't like the new head sculpt much, I'll be keeping that one with the Bio Mask on. Here's some pics and my review vid from the other day. I'm uploading a new vid showing the head mod switch and comparisons to pics from the movie, so I'll be sure to share that here as well later today.

Im a big fan of the Hot Chix reviews....they break it down and I love the silly production.

I agree, not my favorate reviewers but I watch most of there videos. Everyone has there own style on youtube with these reviews, the worst are the ones that sound monotone and bore you to sleep. CCHTR have an upbeat tempo to there reviews and wendys not bad to look at ether:monkey5 Not saying shes super hot but shes not ugly ether.

I like HCCTR. I think Wendy does a great job. That being said this particular review seemed a little odd. First Wendy looked bored and not into it. I didn't sense the excitement and energy in her voice like reviews of the past. ALSO all I heard in this review was great...great...great. No mention on how the head sculpt looks nothing like the source material.
This made me think that HCCTR are no longer reviews but a showcase to advertising items for their website...mmmmmm.

I only say this because they had a unboxing video for a case of City Hunters they received. Also pushing to buy from their "Ma & Pa" site.

That's the way it felt to me......

I don't think annoying chick's lame toy review ever criticizes Hot Toys. I do remember her bashing NECA though.

They clearly don't know much about accuracy of the predators.

Yeah, honestly...I've never gotten any substance out of her "reviews".

They never zoom in on the figure enough, and I'm not a fan of people that like to put themselves in the review of a figure. I'm not watching the video to see what they look like, I'm looking to see the details of the figure.

Yea I also felt like they were advertising for their website unless they just happen to really like the headsculpt or are ignorant of the inaccuracies. But I still liked aspects of the review like how they broke it down into different parts. They do some unique things too so overall I don't think its a bad review.

For those interested, here's my vid on what I did to swap heads and my comparisons to images from the movie.

The brow and the mandibles on the old figure are the only thing i like a bit more then the new head but, the old one still looks brucked up..none of them really nail the P2 look completely but, the Neca sculpts are better i find.

The new Bio helmet looks way better then the old version, just buy the new one and enjoy, don't bother trying to track down the old P2 its not worth it.
