Jean Grey (Lee)
Phoenix/Dark Phoenix/White Phoenix (preferably all in fabric costumes, but would take repaints if necessary).
Archangel (metal Wings)
Angel red/blue (fabric costume faux feather wings)

Iceman
Wolverine Brown (new sculpt and pose)
Magneto
Emma Frost (new)
Lorna Dane
Havok (fabric costume)
X-23 (new like photo above)
Professor X
Jubilee
Juggernaut
Sinister
Apocalypse
LSB Sentinel with BD variant

Then move on to Fantastic Four

Re: Jean Grey - Jim Lee Era

Fabric is fine for some statues, but for Pheonix and Havoc, it would look like crap. The only thing that should be material on Pheonix should be her sash.

I think it would largely depend on what kind of fabric they used to make the outfit out of. If they tried to do it with regular knit fabric, yeah, it would look pretty crappy, but if they could make it out of something like a thin neoprene that would fit the figure like a literal second skin, then it could potentially be pretty cool...

I'd take it. Repainting certainly makes it cheaper. I think fabric worked fine for Psylocke. For the most part I prefer fabric for the PFs based on movies like Star Wars and LotR, or comic characters like Joker. For the spandex-wearing types sculpted works fine if not better.

There is no such thing. Even Neoprene obscures detail. Why hide a terrific sculpt?

Psylocke barely had any fabric though. It wasn't her whole body like Pheonix. The end result will be something like Sabretooth or DC Direct Green Lantern....

Besides, Vince Vell redid Psylockes uniform as sculpt and the end result is better.

For the most part Sideshow seems to be following what you described since they changed Premium Formats to all 1/4, Batman and Superman being among the few exceptions.

Re: Jean Grey - Jim Lee Era

So... Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Cyclops, Storm and now Jean. Just missing Jubilee and Prof X to get the original Animated Series cast.

Re: Jean Grey - Jim Lee Era

What I like about this Jean Grey as it has a bit of Famke in it. And that to me is WINNNNN!!! She will look great on our shelves.
