Not a big fan of QT but this movie looks really fun. The panel at comic-con was a good time. Ill see it next week.

Even though this is getting good reviews, what kind of Tarantino is it? Is it more Inglorious Basterds in the South or Kill Bill with cowboys?

Per reviews, it's more like Inglorious Basterds with it's writing and characterization.

Which to me, is a huge plus.

Christmas Day!?! Who goes to see a movie on Christmas Day!?!?! I'll tell you who; this guy!

Major backfire; I told my wife we should sneak out to a matinee Christmas morning and she immediately fired back that she would love to see Les Miserables. :horror

Got it worked out though. :lol

My top 5 tarantino films

1. Kill Bill Vol. 1
2. Pulp Fiction
3. Inglourious Basterds
4. Death Proof
5. Kill Bill Vol. 2

What?! a top five with no reservoir dogs?! That's like a top five speilberg with no jaws. And if you haven't seen reservoir dogs, see it, it's to me his best movie.

Translation: irrelevant filmaker makes a fuss over something no one else made a fuss about to make himself seem relevant

Pretty much. This is one of those rarest of occasions where we agree (must be something in the egg nog). I lost all respect for Spike Lee when the ********* sued SpikeTV for trying to capitalize off of his name. :lol

That being said, one of my favorite critic groups did not like the film, mostly for some real reasons, and the main one being they say the N word a 104 times.

But still excited to see this later.
