been gone a long time, just some height comparison with Bespin Luke. Vader is taller but still not tall enough.

Can you add another medicom feet extender to heighten vader up?

You can add extenders and I tried that actually with my 1.0 version but it made him look like he was walking on stilts.

I think its possible but like what JediJim said, it will just make him look like his walking on stilts. Besides, the current legs are already the extended kind. Proportionately, I think the current state is the best.

Yep, way bigger. It's irrelevant how accurate this Vader is alleged to be when Medicom just made up a scale with this figure, unless you want to display it by itself. Its mini-vader from the VW ad.

It looks ridiculous with HT Luke.

Yes. And this was shot from a low angle so Luke looks taller to Vader than he really is.

This is THE Vader to own IMO until HT makes one (SS is too big for all you scale folks, And medi is the better made/quality Fig IMO. Unlike a lot of people that speak out of their ass here i owned both! ) So one is too short the other is too tall, pick your poison. But i say who gives a shyyt about scale and enjoy your toys!

I will happily display Medi Vader next to HT Luke, just like i did SS ANH Vader (Which looked goofy tall, but i didn't care)

Anyone looking for a PERFECT Vader isn't going to get one till HT makes one!

But seriously, a lot of folks have exaggerated the medi scale so much that some folks have asked me via PM if they are even 10 inches tall! And a lot of folks have done so much of that exaggeration and have never touched a medi figure. Lots of misinfo out there! Or are so biased with another company that they just perpetuate hate over here when they don't even have any interest in buying the figure. And i will call it out every time!

I mean if scale truly bothers you GTFO this aint for you! (SS Vader then really isn't either but thats another thread)

Other than that, can people that are actually into this figure and like it talk about it without someone bringing up scale every few posts? Are people just learning about medi scale in 2012???? LOL damn, i guess so! Maybe i'm just sick of the same ol' same ol' from 2006 i dunno!

Those are great pics oz. it is a great looking figure. I had the first version and was blown away. This one has infinitely more detail. I'm a scale nut and I tried to modify mine to look bigger but to no avail.

I really wish this was the right scale for me. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I think this vader looks amazing, the only think that keep me from buy it, is the suit... will this have the same issues than the V1?
is the same material? I still thinking if I buy this one or the R2D2 v2, I really like the light and sound features

Don't bother me as much either. I say Sideshow's figure is just as much out of scale.

Hence all the body swaps and what not.

That said I feel the bodysuit on this one doesnt have enough lines on it. And he doesn't have any "neck" due to the thick cape.
