Just got charged from Cornerstore Comics for Fury. I'm excited!

Did anyone else that ordered from them get billed today?

Not sure if it's everybody's Tesseract that has this, but mine seems to have slightly different sized edges. When I put it in the briefcase it might be very loose, actually falling out should I hold it upside down. When I turn the Tesseract it might fit very tightly, to the point where I fear scratches should I push it down. One side actually fits very well, not too loose, so it won't fall out, but it won't scratch either.

So try the different sides for the best fit, I'd say.

Not me. I placed my pre-order in early July. I sure do hope I hear something from them soon.

They HAVE dinged me for the payment, but I have not received ANY communications as to
when it's shipping.

same here, just checked my account and they have charged me
 
I guess if I don't get a shipment notice by Monday evening it's time to start pressuring them. I really hate doing that. I went through 6 months of namby-pamby woulda-coulda-shoulda when I bought my Pioneer 60-inch plasma. That was the last year they made the Kuro panels. Then I went through a similar mess with WickedLazers over their repeated delays in shipment. I try to be nice and give these guys a break but god#@! every time it's a runaround.

So I talked to a guy at CSC yesterday and he said that they will be getting Fury in today. When they start shipping them I wouldn't know, and I still haven't been charged.
 
Well I HAVE been charged. On Friday. And I haven't heard a peep from them since. Since you posted this, I'll give them until the end of tomorrow before I send a polite but terse inquiry. Of course, I want to just scream (errr....type in all caps) WHERE R MAH FUUURY?!! But I won't do that.
 
Something must've happened with their shipment that isn't being disclosed. I've ordered from them for years, and never had anything like this happen. They're usually the first N. American retailer to get their shipments from SS, being that they're so close to them. Usually BBTS gets there stock in a few weeks after CSC. This time its been the other way around.
 
I feel I should revise my earlier post. I was not even notified of the charge. I just happened to be looking at my credit card account info online and there was the charge (full amount) for Fury. No email from CSC. They're startin' to look mighty shady, whether they realize it or not.
