But I would think the HT staff, if they posed the figures, would be allowed to touch the toys, maybe even try to bend an elbow. Doesn't need to be the artists.

Take that with a grain of salt but IMDB had both the red hulk and the yelena black widow set to appear in im3. It has been taken down now but who knows? Though the rulk arc should be featured in a hulk movie.

Yeah, it really does look like it's still WIP, but I'm liking the direction they're going with it so far.

Kevin Feige has already said that Hulk would not be in IM3, good thing too cause I think with all the villains mentioned and/or confirmed along with some Warmachine action, adding in Hulk would be a bit much. Save Hulk for Hulk movies and Avengers2

Well,don't believe everything they say (they said the mandarin was a racist caricature and he would definetely not be the im3 villain) but yeah,i don't think they would waste one film from ruffalo's contract for a cameo in an already crowded film.

There is still a Hulk ABC show in the works, but if it looks nothing like movie Hulk it will probably fail

The show is still in development.
There was no plans to do another Hulk film until his reception from The Avengers made Disney and Kevin bump up the notion to a possibility of doing one in the future.

Yup, Avengers 2, Avengers 3, etc Possibly Cameo's in The next Captain America movie, Guardians of the Galaxy, or other Iron man ( other than 3) and Thor films.
