I think HT sculpted him in an extreme flex too much. The movie designers were very deliberate in making him not look like a body builder. Most of the time his muscles were relaxed.

That's the part I liked the most about the Avenger's Hulk. He looked like a really big guy, instead of some weird freaky muscle on muscle alien thing that has been in the rest of the movies.

Completely agree! The Hulk from TIH was too over the top. Ruffalo's version looks much better!

I think this Hulk is over muscled to the point were he almost looks fat. The face sculpt is great but, and I can't believe I'm saying this about a Hulk figure, his body is too wide. It needs to be a bit leaner. Plus, as big as the Hulk is he is super fast and super quick so I hope he has a lot of articulation. I'd say 30 points or more. He has to be able to be posed in many fighting poses. Hulk is a man of action; he's wasted in a stationary position. I can't wait for the full reveal later this week.

I agree with you all! I think the face also look too symmetrical as well! But still awesome!

Hulk is supposed to have some body fat. Marvel and the people who worked on Hulk specifically said at one point they designed him that way to give him a more realistic look, like he actually was Bruce Banner. I think it's brilliant and the figure looks perfect so far.

The body proportions look a little off to me.

Yeah, too proportional in that stretch-armstrong kind of way. He needs to have that belly fat like in the shot with him and Thor.

I'm sure if the torso is covered in rubber and has any ROM, it'll look like that when he's slightly hunched, lol.

He was on very photo with full body shots so yeah, he is.

Tsang is the body sculptor.... the head was done by another Korean talent.

Both being hand sculpted it'll not be an exact symmetry (left/right).... I believe the only non-symmetry expression by HT is DX Jack Sparrow's smirk HS... and a few of Heath Ledger's Joker HSs.

Well no wonder. The guy is really good at "sculpting" but he is horrible at following reference material. He seems to stylize way too much.

I agree... as is I'll still get the figure, but when you look at the maquette compared to this the maquette just looks spot on.

And I am no expecting much articulation on this guy... I'm guessing Gammorean Guard like at best. And that's okay as the body is so beefy any elbow or knee articulation would likely be useless or very intrusive looking.

I think it would be super cool to get a Bruce to go with that. They HAVE to do it. I'm sure there is a rule somewhere that says they should. lol

Agreed. I think we will see Banner eventually since Coulson was made. Coulson is a secondary character like Hill (And she is soooo hot too! ) But Banner is a main event star!
