Would you buy a Disney Princess Premium Format?

My mother has a couple of big statues of Mickey, Sorcerer Mickey, Minnie and Donald Duck in her house. She buys one every time she goes to Disney World. They're pretty nice ... about 2 feet tall, $150 or so.

Those are the Big Figs I was mentioning earlier. I think they are great souvenirs from the parks, but I personally believe the detail in the PF's is greater. That said, there are a few Big Figs I wish I could've picked up, such as the Kermit the Frog one.

I will echo what a lot of people have said, which is that Sideshow's PF line would do 100x better if they worked out some distribution deal with the Disney Parks.

I'd be interested in an Aurora and a Tiana, but there's no way I could afford them. Those PFs are just too expensive for my budget.

I'm tempted to get that Sorcerer Mickey PF everytime I see it. I wish they had put the fiber optics in his fingertips instead of glitter. I wouldn't be able to resist it then. And if I ever see that Kermit I'll totally get it. It's an awesome piece.

So, on the chat, were I push every chance I get for Disney PF's. I was told more is coming and that one of the SDCC panels will cover what Sideshows next round of PF's are.
So fingers crossed and anyone present, stand up for the Princess

And it's not good news. Just Hook, which we already knew, new Tron and new POTC.

Nothing about any Princess line or even a Jessica Rabbit PF, so unless something more comes from the actual live panel on Sunday, seems it's the villains and live action for sometime to come

Be sad if the Evil Queen is the only one I end up getting.

I have no doubt that we'll be getting Princesses, but it's going to be awhile. At least a year, maybe more.

Only just noticed this, and I think it's a question I asked a while back.

Q.I’ve heard that the animated character Disney Premium Format line is planned to only be the villains. While the villains are great, and the Evil Queen PF is totally fantastic, please tell me that non-villains are in development as well? Belle, the Beast, Jessica Rabbit and of course, Snow White, just have to be made, or what’s the point?

A.It’s true – our original licensing agreement with Disney called for just the live-action film characters and animated villains. We have expanded those rights, with strong intent on Jessica Rabbit and others. We’ll DEFINITELY pass along your Disney Princess recommendations.

So that's a bit more hopefull then, with luck it won't take ages for soemthing to happen.

I would be tempted by almost all of them.

I'm surprised they aren't doing a Snow White this year since there's two Snow White films coming out.

This. And Jasmine. I'd want their respective princes to go along with them as well, though. If I had to pick just one pair, though, it would be Ariel and Eric. Aladdin and Jasmine would come in second, with Belle and Adam (Beast) coming in third.

And I know there's a separate villain thread but... GIVE ME URSULA!!!

At best I would maybe want and take a Snow White to put with the Evil Queen, and the Princess Aurora to put with Maleficent, and that's about it. Wouldn't go overboard.

As before, I'd be very tempted by many/most of them, likely as matching sets too.

When the Disney PF line was first announced, I was well prepared for 10-12 PF's, not totally sure where I would put them all, but I'd find somewhere for the ones I really want, done right.

As it stands, I only have the Evil Queen, with Jessica on order. at this stage it looks liek that isn't going to change.
