I always thought that a Legend was a story with a beginning, a middle, and an ending. Just because a Legend may continue on through time, doesn't mean that it can't have a definitive ending.:dunno

I think your right actually, i guess they meant it as the end part of the story that becomes legend, not the end of the legend itself.

How can it be, 35 pages, in only one day :horror ... And talking about something you were talking a few pages ago I think the Two Face/Harvey Dent needs release v2.0, prototype pictures were really good, but the final product looks really bad, head too small, weird nose, jacket too wide, etc..

damn...this thread moved very fast. Lots of catch-up to do.

Kinda stupid that the film's tagline is "The Legend Ends" by definition and common sense a Legend is a legend because it endures and doesn't end :slap

Even if Bane did kill Batman, his legend would continue, unless Bane flies around the world, turning back time & erasing mans knowledge of Batman :lol

I have been thinking along the line of what Ras told Bruce. If you make yourself more than just a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal.
I don't think this tagline is to represent the end of the movie but the middle of it. The Legend Ends, in the sense that Batman will be broken to the point where he doesn't believe in Batman anymore, and that he is no more than just a man.
Then the title of the film takes play for the end of the movie when Batman rises.

I don't think Two Face will be rereleased because the original figure didn't sell...it looked brilliant at the time but some places had to practically give away the figure just to get it out the door. I think HT is going to stick to releases that are guaranteed to sell for them and Bane is one of them :lecture

Who will be the first to pose Bane with Batman like this:

I am looking forward to this figure, but I will be getting Catwoman first if their release dates are close to each other. Bring it on Hot Toys! minus the QC issues of course. :wink1:

I am going to wait for the "after-movie" version, it will be probably better.. and if the figure fails, as two face, I'll be able to get it not as expensive on the secondary market.

I will pass on this as well, maybe when a newer release comes out down the road but as it stands I just got the tdk batman. I skipped on the joker and for some reason this version of bane just doesn't get me excited.
