Finally had a good look at this guy and I think he is just excellent.
It would've been nice if the shield was metal but it's still very cool.
His face and costume are great too, feels really authentic.

My only beef is that I cannot get the busting down the door pose with the pistol as his arm will not go too high. The arm movement at the shoulder is rather limiting.

Loctite Super Glue Gel fixes almost anything HT.

Does yours have the belt buckle glued together?

I haven't had the time to check that out. Is it not supposed to be glued together?

The issue I have is one of the straps on the back of the shield should be folded over a loop & glued down but isn't.

He does have a point. I didn't want to cancel my Captain. Having to deal with delay after delay wasn't the determining factor either, well HECK and gosh darn, had they pushed him to January or Feb I still would have kept it.

I'm just hoping he stays in stock for a while yet and I'm pretty certain I'm not the only one. My interest will peak at the right price.

Got him. He looks awesome. This is a great figure with lots of detail. My only slight nitpick is that I wish the grey part of the suit were a little lighter but it isn't a big deal. A word of warning though. Be careful with the holster. The little plastic fastener will pull right through the faux leather if you aren't careful leaving a nice little rip.

broke my cap down to swap out his body, and wet somewhat.... nontraditional.

I used the lower and upper torso that he came with, but swapped out the arms with a truetype advance set that I had. Kep his original shoulder joints, however. the TTA ones didn't fit the sockets.

anyone know how tyo open his belt buckle ? i want to threadit through the belt loops in his pants.

side note, thor is EXCEDINGLY happy with his new elbows, and cap has MUCH better arm articulation, with no loss in size.

Use a razor blade. You'll find a nice magnetic clasp hidden inside.
