There are some slight difference in the portrait from the prototype pics to OMG's pics but not enough for me to cancel my order.
I like what I see and I see Cap.
IMO, even in the movie Evans didn't look like himself when he wore the helmet.

please correct me if i'm wrong but i think Masks are supposed to conceal your features, making you unrecognizable to an extent.
i know Cap doesn't have an alter ego but it worked for most superheroes like a certain batman guy.
i'm sure the dx02 head is not 100% bale but its 100% batman.
and i'm sure this HS is based on chris evans, but the mask is doing it's job pretty well.

Though apparently not quite up to the prototype out of the box, this looks pretty damn good. I just wish HT would space things out a bit more. Begins Batman, Shadow Predator, Superman, Indiana Jones, and Cap all coming so close together is real overkill for my finances.

I remember in an old interview, Howard said they pick Perseus body because it looks great on CA. But the final product after I do some "touching" doesn't feels like Perseus. I think is a mix and match. Articulation do suffer because of the thick tight cloth.
That sucks i want some of the ground poses in the preview pics, are they possible?
Anyway, i wouldn't worry guys about the figure sans-articulation, there are more beeter pucs than crappy pics, so that to me indicates a good overall figure.

I can see how a lot of older collectors would see it that way and as much as I loved Reeve's Superman movies as a kid, there's no nostalgia factor in it for me and I'd just rather have the BB and Cap figures displayed as I've enjoyed their movies more and just prefer their overall designs, as well

I'm not getting any HT figures except Cap so it works for me.
Bring 'em all on. Rescue Cap, Golden Age Cap, Red Skull, Bucky, Dum Dum, HYDRA troopers, Peggy, etc., etc., etc....

Absolutley, although when you say this some people tell you not to buy so much
They never used to release so much all together, i'm hoping the Sucker Punch Girls and Jake Sully come late December as they're listed
I got this and Superman sooner than later, and Jack Sparrow i'm hoping will wait to end of Nov.

I'm trying to make it work so I don't have to make the choice and can get them all. I guess it does just come down to what you like best.
