Why the pooping pose? I understand that they might have wanted Vader to look like he just landed on the platform after a jump, but the pose looks awkward.

Ugh, my experience with kotos is the more dynamic the pose the more likely the thing will start bending over within a year or two.

It looks like this is available for sale at a lot of places now. Has anyone picked one up? I wouldn't mind replacing my ROTS Vader for something more in-scale with the other ArtFX statues and that has a display base that functions and doesn't just make the statue less stable. Based on the Darth Maul statue it seems like the newer ArtFX pieces have better build quality too. But I'm not sold on the pose for this one.

the saber goes a little bit down side.

koto has a very strange 1/7 scale size.
mine Boba fett v2 and EP2 clone or this vader is much larger than cody.

Maybe I spoke too soon about having a Vader in scale with the other statues. It looks like they made him too large again. I can't quite decide if I want to buy. Those are some nice pics, but the pose still strikes me as awkward and very un-Vader-like. Thwipster has him on sale for $83 shipped through the end of the weekend, so I'll have to decide pretty soon.

The glowing head would make sense if it was an actual movie pose from ROTJ . My only Koto I still display is my scout so I don't feel the need to have this

There was no glowing skull in ESB. And even in ROTJ it was when Palpatine used lightning bolts as he was thrown down the chasm. Now we have a Vader lamp.
