Hot Toys 1/6 Tumbler/Batpod Batman

i don't think we'll see a reissue tumbler so soon... not for all the next year for sure!
next year we'll have the 1989 batmobile, and u don't think that Hot toys will risk to release two so pricey item with only few months of distance between them. In addiction, the new movie will for sure have the batpod and the batwing, and probably they will try to reissue a more affordable batpod (maybe in bundle with catwoman as some of you have suggested) and the new vehicle before.
My guess is 2012 Tim burton batmobile (of course) and maybe the batpod.
2013 batwing (its dimension are close to the tumbler, so it can be done) and 2014 Tumbler v2. I don't seen more then one 400$+ release per year. if they don't do the Batwing maybe we'll see the tumbler in 2013, but not before.

it's not so drammatically bigger to prevent Hot Toys doing it imho ^_^...
in any case, even if the batwing will never seen the light, next yer we'll have 89 Batmobile, so no possibilities of an Hot Toys Tumbler before 2013 imho... 2014 if they will produce the batwing

I agree they can certainly do it, but it is gonna be a significantly bigger beast.

Even if HT announced a Tumbler/Batwing/Batpod for TDKR next yr, they won't be released until 2013/2014 anyway, these things have long lead times

After you got yours I couldn't resist any longer. I took my Tumbler out of the box tonight for a look. A real treat for the eyes and the nose when you've had it in its box most of the time! The NTS is strong with this one. Wish I could put the spoilers back on but alas no point as I'll only have to put it away again, dammit.

HT is probably ramping up producrtion on the reissued Tumbler and Batpod now, they are not going to give up $$$$ next summer while DKR is red hot...that is the time to strike.
The tools are done...i definately see HT putting these out NEXT year while DKR is in the theatres and DVD release.

It's a safe bet you'll see another tumbler, helps keep my mind at ease when I start considering the current 1k price tags

I hope so, I dont want to shell out the one grand that the batpod and tumbler are going for right now

Yes patience- I know it's hard (well $1k should be a powerful roadblock to most of us)to resist....you can count on HT reissuing it for the new film!

I don't think that they will re-release the tumbler if they do anything they will do the camo tumbler and the batwing not the black tumbler... At least I hope they don't

If the Wayne Bats is any indication, they will re-issue the Tumbler almost just as it was released before.

And if the rumors of HTs losing money on the first release is at all true, we will definately see this one again. Can't imagine how they might make it different though.

I actually hope they don't do the camo version...cause I might be tempted to buy it!

Unless there is significant changes in the Tumbler, in particular cosmetics wise, then I am hoping they do not re-release it.

IMHO, from a collectors point of view, HT tarnishes their reputation as a collectables company.
