I would love anything from Returns. It's my favorite of the original series. And I loved DeVito's Penguin.

There is a Custom 1/6 DeVito Penguin in the works, but a Hot Toys version would be amazing.

One problem I see is that it would require making a uniquely sized body. I know they've done it before (Avatar), but this would be a body that would serve no other purpose. And it's a figure that probably wouldn't be super popular. I have my doubts that it will ever happen, so I'm gonna probably pull the trigger on the custom.

They could make a "short person" body. That would probably have more than one use along the line. Then a fat suit specifically for the Penguin could make their generic "short person" body useful for this specific character, while leaving them a somewhat more useful body type/mold to fall back on for other projects.

And as far as villain plots go, kidnapping and killing a bunch of Gothamites kid's is pretty cold blooded.

Not exactly like the opportunity has presented itself in the first 3 pages and I'm willing to bet they continue despite me having dropped it.

I thought he fit in well with the other Burton villains.

Yup, and it's a little more unique and personal than simply "Blow Gotham Up!" like most Batman villains have done - though it kind of devolved into that at the end.

Devito was great. The characters design was awful.
