Can somone give me a run-down on how to remove the chest guard and shirt? I'm sure once I've removed the chest guard, removing the shirt would be self-explainatory but I've been too scared to even attempt removing the chest armor.

The reason I want to remove them at all, is because his Hammer Tossing arm is really pissing me off. Anytime I put his arm in an "upright, about to throw the hammer pose" the hammer's weight eventually wins out and I look to find his arm fully extended.

I was thinking that with clear nail polish there might be a way the tighten the ball joint on his elbow.

The chest armor has to be unglued from the back. You shuld see a seam running on the left side. Think you need to just pull and run your finger down the seam. But you will need to re-glue it to put it back on. His shirt is a pull over so you'll have to remove his head.
Maybe just a little plummer's tape around his elbow will help. It's very thin and has no adhesive, just sticks to it's self.

Good deal good deal. I was looking for seems in the armor but I did not notice the one on his back untill you pointed it out.

Also, Plummer's tape sounds like a better compromise, that way I don't have to gunk up the joint. I wasn't sure how well it was going to work anyways given that the joint is more of a ball-jointed socket, and not a complete ball joint.

My right arm pops out its socket is this something common with these new true type muscle bodies

Ok I just saw a pic of the Terminator 2 T 800 removing the forearm I guess we just have to deal with it loose ankles and all.

Hammer looks great but its so dam heavy no way he can stand on his own

It's a good thing he came with a stand. Otherwise this figure would be a huge disappointment to me. But the fact that he still has a means of standing, even with the loose ankles, saves the figure.

Who poses their figures without the stand? Asking for trouble.

i dont use stands for any figures, they take away from the realness we all shoot for, having some big plastic stand in their you know what.

thors the first figure ive had with bad ankles, but its fixable, or i just choose different poses.

Yay!!

My spare mjolnir arrived!! Now I can have a nice set of mjolnir, an iron man helmet and a cap shield when it's out!
