I don't think this is a miniscule nit-pick.I dont have ocd. Its a significant error that changes the whole look. Its SRS BZNZAlso this is something HT could easily fix. Shield matters.
Is it the shield or the torso? The white abdomen area in the figure is longer than the white abdomen area in Chris.
I am so excited this figure came out this well I can't stand it. If HT's changes nothin' it will be fine by me. Ship it already........
With Cap being scheduled for 3rd quarter, I would say yes for sure with him. I bet Superman ends up being pushed to 1st quarter 2012 due to the b----in with the head sculpt. But if both do come Merry Christmas to me

The peni$ bulge on the picture from the movie is much bigger than the peni$ bulge on the figure . . . it almost looks like the figure has no peni$ at all . . which would just be upsetting . . .

Shield looks fine IMO, belt buckle is different but I could care less as this figure looks AWESOME.
yeah, the star is slightly smaller too. so is the white area of the suit.

you cant take 2 pics and compare like that, it could be a thousand different reasons the one sheild is ever so slightly smaller.
the real caps arm could be 1 inch closer to us, and the figures could be just the slightest further back. theya rent taken at the same angle, direction, lighting, or anything...
they cant be compared to such a small degree.
