I think the reworked Hasbro's look great but i'd like to see SS take it on as the material seems quite hard to get right for look and texture.

i really cant remember where but i think it's off an old hasbro boba fett figure because of the anklet pieces that i used as gaunlets for the snowy. i remember having to take the dye out of it but i've had it for years.........

sorry but thats all i really remember.

I like the choice of the head sculpt! So many suits for 1/6ers but barely no white action suit to fit, so on this also great choice, barryo!

i use Rit dye remover........it's not quite as caustic as bleach and does a good job.

I picked up my first Hasbo Snowtrooper last night for £15 delivered. I think I got a bargain.

Anywho, I have no idea where to start but I'm looking forward to it all the same.

I am going over the threads to try and find some info but if anybody has a bullet point list of things to change I will be more than happy to read it!!!!!

I think he will be shiney white with only a little bit of weathering....

If it's about Hoth Troopers, Chakaman is the first adress really.
He's really a god to the boots, you should look for that guide.
That'll be the next I intend to improve on my one, here he is ...

He's not 100% ready, but see post 6 and following of my thread here for what I did for details on mine ...

Nice one Gent, I was looking through yours and Chakas posts so I will piece what I can from that, I must say yours looks amazing to me so if I can get close to that I'll be happy.

I will be displaying him on his own so thinking of making some kind of snow inspired base for him to stand on like my Sandtrooper

I was thinking of using something like Polyfilla to make the ground / base.

Anyway there is a lot to do before I get to that part.

Think i was looking at that one too if it was the one on Ebay uk last night. Like "The Gent" though i forgot all about it bought a Koto Biker scout not long before it. This one is next on my list of projects.
