I don't think they would have had any problems pulling off Yoda in 2007. Kit and Plo look fine to me as far as sculpt and paint. SSC always did well with the aliens, I don't think Yoda would have been different.

I, for one, wouldn't have wanted a Yoda with Buck hands and feet.

Well I'm glad we are getting him now with the quality SS is putting out instead of the very dated figures we got 5 years ago. New ROTS Anakin and Jedi Luke please please please.

With so many important characters yet to be released I can't help but think it will be awhile before we start getting new versions of the old releases.

With so many important characters yet to be released I can't help but think it will be awhile before we start getting new versions of the old releases.

It would make a good capstone to the line for them to redo the humans who started it off.

Or, let HT do DX figures.

They're all more solid. The Buck was an oak.

But, if you mean that the first three Luke's and two Han's were better than Lando...I don't know what to tell you.

For the record, I like my ROTS Kenobi and Skywalker figures.

I do too, but I wouldn't kick a HT version out of bed for eating crackers.

Same with Anakin and Obi-wan.

I'd still prefer for HT to just tackle the characters that might be too involved for SS... Chewie being the main one.

I know my SW collection is sorely missing that big wookie.

I dunno. Jedi Luke, expression aside, is still the best on the market as far as likeness. Bespin Han actually works perfect as an ROTJ Han and the sculpts on Smuggler and Moisture Farmer are perfect. They just need better paints. While the bodies would no doubt be considerably better, seeing how badly HT's Indy looks, I have absolutely no faith that HT could put together a better sculpt or wardrobe.

Great shots Luka. He looks perfect to me. Scale size he looks perfect as well which is nice but not the end of the world if he had been a bit bigger to make it work.

It is the best. But if it could be better, I'd take it.

Bespin Han actually works perfect as an ROTJ Han and the sculpts on Smuggler and Moisture Farmer are perfect. They just need better paints.

But I want a Bespin Han, not Endor. I've seen one Smuggler Han with good paint, and it was a DarkArtist81, so it's not like that's an option. Never seen a Tatooine or Bespin Luke repaint that brought the sculpt to life.

My preference would be for Sideshow to take a second shot at them. I know that they're capable because Lando is nearly perfect.

While the bodies would no doubt be considerably better, seeing how badly HT's Indy looks, I have absolutely no faith that HT could put together a better sculpt or wardrobe.

If the best they could do is Indy quality, then I would be more than happy with what I already have.

Nice try, but I think the effect makes him look more like a Hobbit than Yoda. The hair may be too long.
