My Carnage arrived with some paint issues on the head.... Should i get a refund or an exchange?

Also had some yellow areas, hardly noticiable but annoying nonetheless considering the paint issue and a tiny chip on the blade. Are the yellow areas normal? This was my first SS piece and I can't say I was 100% satisfied with the paint job. Or maybe its just me.... Got my finger on the return or exchange option now......

The yellow areas are not normal, and the paint issues on the head would really bug me. I'd try to get it replaced if you really Carnage.

Good luck to you, i know how much of a bummer it is to have to deal with damaged statues, especially since i flexpay all of mine so the wait is forever!

The issues on the head are to big to ignore esp since you'll look at it most of the time def exchange dont take a discount still wont be worth it!

I spoke to them on 24th Jan. Told me they would have the replacement arm around end of Feb. So shouldnt be too much longer I dont mind waiting as long as I get one.

Yeah at first I was thinking it was just me, but when i noticed yellow areas I wasn't happy. I was expecting a great red paint app, but the whole statue looked kinda dull to me. NO biggie though, I don't mind dealing with the whole return process as long as i get what i want in the end. Plus I got some other pieces on the way I'm looking forward too... I tried so hard to stay away from this hobby, I'm loving it and at the same time...

I spoke to the returns dept today and they said they would contact me within two biz days requesting pictures and such. Thank you all for your input.

I got in enough that it looks good and I can't see any holes.

Maybe I'll have my wife do it. She likes puzzles.

yeah if i recall half the time was just locating the holes, a couple of them were really hard to locate.

Thats what I should have done instead of doing them all in one day. It drove me insane.

Well that a good sign for those of us that have him already, and no, I don't think that will affect your replacement status.
