I've never used them for hot toys but their customer service has always been amazing. They have always sent me replacements without me having to send them the originals ever.

Most of the time they're willing to bend over to replace it for you, so it's not really an issue.

You should read their returns policy. I can't believe anyone would fork out a couple hundred bucks without doing so. Fortunately for you their returns policy is very generous, not so with many other distributors.

I originally just had the Mark VI exclusive on preorder and was going to skip the Mark IV. Once I saw the pictures of Mark IV, I knew I had to have it. Now I need to decide whether I will keep my preorder for the Mark VI.

I could not resist any longer. and I tweaked the neck of my Mark IV. hottoys magnificent figure, but fails again in the neck.
I like it much, much more so
are not good photos but I think provide a sample

You can see the brand of paint. more indented head in the neck

this is the piece to be drawn with care and patience.
then you have to sand with the dremel
