Thanks for those pics. Yep, that's what I was talking about. That's okay with me if they don't fix it though. The old 1/8th Kaiyodo vinyl model kit of part 4 was the same way, and I resculpted that one too.
In fact, I gave that whole mask a complete re-detail. It wasn't too accurate. I made the holes smaller, put the ax wound in the right place, and gave it the cheek snaps it was missing. I don't why Kaiyodo was so far off on the accuracy. Guess they should have stuck to Godzilla kits. It was fun to work on though, being such a huge Jason fan.
Please excuse the lower quality of this paint job. This was done more than ten years ago.
I also repositioned Tom Savini's head in his left hand so that it hung more naturally, added a stab wound to his left hand sustained in part 3, as well as the stab wound over his right knee, and I gave him long fingernails.

I'm flattered that you'd ask, and I can't really display him with anything else I've got, but, no, I can't sell it. He was one of my grail model kits when I finally found one on eBay. I love that little thing. Thanks for asking though.

Cannot wait for this. Unlike some others here, I absolutely love my PF Freddy...but man do I hate that old PF Jason. This is long overdue.

A little over 2 months, sounds about right. I hate the waiting game, especially when Sideshows involved. My guess is I will have this in hand by April or May of 2011.

The waiting does suck, but at least he's coming. I was at the point where I doubted SSC would ever release him. I now wonder if we will see any of the other movie versions (besides FvJ, of course) or this will be it.
