They usually keep a handfull for replacements anyway and then a few months down the line, if none come in and there are still some left, pass them to Waitlisters.

Yes, that damage is outrageous. They sure know how to treat other peoples property. LaMelnik, Can't you file a claim or something? Ok, the package is probably covered by SSC's insurance, but still.
