An Hot Toys MGS2 Solid Snake is still my dream figure. Would be a great addition to the VGM line.

Hey Snake Eater and the rest of our fellow collectors & enthusiasts!

I am definitely down for a 1/6 Hot Toys Young Solid Snake, Shadow Moses version. And if possible a 1/6 Ninja or Meryl!

I've been waiting a long time. In the meantime, I had to satisfy my interest and fix up one of my own with a Hot Toys slim body. I still need to sculpt the head and elbow/knee pads. And lastly the biggest and most intensive work ahead is the vest.

I've browsed the Hot Toys lot and found taht Chris from Resident Evil had a great vest that can be used to duplicate Snake's MGS1 vest. Here's my figure, let me know what you guys think.

I'm with you guys on this MGS with Hot Toys!

No, he didn't have a helmet in MGS1. There are several items on that photo too that he didn't have, but I figured, how would he carry all those equipment.

All packs on his belt and subload are filled with FAMAS clips, 40mm grenades, flash bangs, cell phone, C4, utility knives, glow sticks, zip ties, rations, ketchup, pistol clips, silencer & laser and bunch of other stuff. Heh.

I'm missing the PAL or PAM cards, I forgot the names. I still need to finish the Nikita missle launcher and find some claymores. Thank you for the replies.

First off, great post! Your figure was excellent so far

For now, I'd just be happy if Hot Toys gives us anything . I find their utter lack of MGS stuff a bit disturbing.

I'll probably be more selective with MGS figures than I am with RE but a HT MGS1 Solid Snake, Tiger Stripe Big Boss and Grey Fox will be must gets. Also I'd most likely pick up Revolver Ocelot and Liquid if they get made too.

Can only hope! Like I've said many times before, I really hope they do the line justice and give a few figures from it. Or at the very least... Snake. Be so pissed if they did a Watchmen with it and started with lesser characters! Hopefully they have learnt from that.

Either way I hope it happens sooner or later! Atleast with the Assassins Creed licence it shows they are stepping beyound Resident Evil/Biohazard in their video game licences!

I am receiving my 1st Medicom figure, a Naked Snake, I was wondering if I could replace the medicom body with a Hot Toys body. anyoen got an idea how hard this would be or if it would even work? Thanks!

I think I remember a few doing that on OSW! And other than skin tone (which will be hidden by clothing), another problem was that Snake's black sneaking suit underneath his camo garb seemed pretty short/small around the arms since the TT bodies are larger than medicom. Other than that I dunno how it would work and can't remember. Try searching OneSixthWarriors. Theres quite a few custom MGS projects on there done in the past!
