Hot Toys simply doesn't want to pay for the likeness rights, and for some actors they don't want to give them.

I gotta agree...the AVP Predators were amazing for their time, but Hot Toys has really improved the quality since the original four. I regret selling my Ancient because it has improved in value so much, but the P1 is superior in every aspect.

I think the P2 and Elder are really good and may eventually track them down...but the price on the Elder is painful.

I felt the pain. I paid $850 for my PREDATOR 2 Elder Predator. Granted he was brand new never opened or assembled.

Same with my two ancients.

You could have roughly gotten 16 other HT's figures for that (based on $150 price)
I guess if you're a Pred fan other stuff wouldn't matter. I'd probably pay crazy prices for Certain Rare RE stuff, but still

AVP predators amazing? no. the only 1:6 scale predators ever made until then? certainly.
the P2 was a huge improvement and i got rid of all my AVP predators and their goofy bendy dreads when it came out.
i own the elder and it isn't worth the going prices. not by a long shot. just move on to something else.

I know my friend. And that I am. A HUGE PREDATOR FAN. I took a hit. Especially trying desperately to catch up on figures I only discovered this past April. Just around Easter.

I'm paying the price for it. Wish I would have known about these guys from the get go. Now I'm trying to sell my entire collection on Ebay. I used the money from recently selling my car to buy most of my collection! Now I realize I need my next car. Lol. Which is why my collection is up for sale. 1 giant lot. Check it out anyone if you're interested. I have YouTube videos up as well with a closer look at my collection up for sale.

Of course if ultimatley it doesn't sell... I'm still currently collecting. Don't want to miss out on any new Preds coming out. From Hot Toys and NECA.

They've sold out on sideshowtoy.com haven't they? Just checked item status is sold out for Dutch and Billy. They may have run into a brick wall I guess, but they sold out. I know the same would happen if the produced the rest of the team.

It's a shame. I'll put it to rest and hope for the best. I'll say it one last time...
