This is a must for me, as i never did own a snowspeeder of recent years or even the vintage one. This one looks more improved as well.

I really don't see much difference between this and the modified versions that have been released using the original Kenner mold.

I also heard about the Jabba with Oola, Crumb and fanning Jawa. I don't collect any of these anymore - sold off what I did a long time ago, but I would be really tempted to buy that to display.

Re: The Snowspeeder - it's all in the details. The newer one is smaller (more accurate scale) with interchangeable guns and without the giant missile firing harpoon on the back.

Just pick up two figures today.. From The Clone Wars:
hondo ohnaka (pirate) very detail figures
Lovely Aayla Secura...
Very cool figures... I was lucky to find them on the shelfs...

nice score! haven't seen this wave at retail yet but secura and bly are at the top of my list.

I didnt think there was much difference either in new and old versions of the snow speeder till you up loaded these. They are so different, the new one has more accurate proportions to parts of it, like where the canons come out on the sides, in front and the back, those sections are not so tall, the intake vent up front is smaller. All the gun parts are new molds, so is the canopy, and I also believe the main body is completely new too as all the details and panels on it are totally different than the older ones, not to mention the many proportion details.

I'm really stoked for the new Hasbro stuff this year and the return of the vintage line. I've only purchased a handful of Hasbro figures over the past four years - primarily the vintage styled figures - since moving on to 1:6 stuff. Sold almost all of my old Hasbro stuff, except for figures I consider to be brilliant/definitive.

The snowspeeder, Jabba and vintage figures are must haves.

Isn't there rumored to be some kind of Boba Fett mail-in, perhaps with a firing missile to go along with the vintage line? That would be about as cool as the early bird kit from a few years back.

Love this design. I wish Sideshow would give it a go. Or someone offer a custom sculpt.

i agree...visually, really cool looking helmet. and all the color camo variations would be sweet.

yah, supposedly. i haven't seen a pic yet but mail-aways make me excited.

picked up the ryloth battle pack today.

they gave waxer holsters for some reason but on top of that they didn't include pistols.

overall all though...really cool set imo. same cody (sans tattoo) and mace as the previous one but mace's add-on armor is now white instead of off-white. looks a lot better.

Though I don't really collect the 3 3/4 stuff anymore, this is one of a very few I will definitely buy.

Come on B-Wing!

I finally found the articulated Obi from Ep. I and the great thing is that it was a combo (two for one with the other fig being the Queen fig). They had the rest of the Ep. I wave as combos and I'm hoping they'll also do the ROTJ wave that way as I missed them. Has anyone else seen these combo packs? (Two figs taped together and sold for the price of one.)

Yea, I snagged the entire TPM wave in the two packs about a month back so I could build the droid. The gungan got an extra robe and lightsaber and became a Jedi :lol

I only really wanted the articulated Obi so that's the only one I bought-- but, is the ROTJ wave also being found in those two-packs?...

I think it varies from store to store. Whatever they have on hand at the time is what gets made into those packs I think.

It was the ANH wave that got two-packed here...the only wave that was around in decent numbers when it hit retail.

Never saw the complete TPM wave...and now it's two-packed for clearance...arrrgh!
