BAM!

That is all that matters. Some people think living life is going out and getting drunk every night, other thing it is reading books, other video games and you body building. Living life is however the ???? you want to live your life so no ones opinion really matters except your own.

Double BAM!!! BAM!!! :lecture :lecture :lecture

I'm fairly certain its like that at most clubs. I was stationed in San Antonio and my friend who was married was getting chased around by more women than younger/ better looking dudes. I think girls almost think like guys in the sense that they like to chase something they can't have. :horror

Pretty damn pathetic and selfish too. Considering the possibly of breaking up a happy home. I hate cheaters more than most things in this world.

Only reason I'll go to a bar nowadays is if I go with a woman and we dance... granted I have two left feed, so I do what most guys do on the dance floor and just grind the girl... but yeah... I have a few girls I dance with and go clubbing with if the need comes up.

Going with guys is lame and gay. Picking up women at bars sucks too. Most of them are snobs and the ones that do want you to go home with them makes you wonder what you are on the list... lol

Okay, so I have gone home with girls, whatever.. I was young. Either way, club scene is lame.

Yeah then when they get that dude who is married to sleep with them then they say, "Why can't I ever meet a nice guy- all men are douchebags!"

i've been married for 3 yrs and it seems that going to clubs and doing stuff that was great a cuple of years back looses its taste, i'd rather stay home and watch a good movie and have a couple of beers with my wife or just play video games over the weekend than going out.sometimes i think of myself as boring! :lol as long as your happy with what your doing.....

I've been thinking like this for years or at least I have been enjoying my time spent like this for years. :lecture

I don't want to be redundant since much has been said already. I am married with kids and enjoy being with them all the time.

The only thing I can add to this thread is go rent "Swingers" and watch it again. Ask yourself in which of the 3 main characters you see yourself: John Favreau's, Vince Vaughn's or Ron Livingstone's.:D

Meh...do what makes you happy. My friends like going to the shooting range, I hate it. Never stopped us from hanging out.

WHOA WHOA!!! Can't u guys leave us women alone for the rest of the day...I think that Fat Women Owned thread was enough for one day! :monkey2:monkey2:monkey2

ANYWAYZ.......SKI! Do what makes u happy....going out clubbin' sucks! Hanging out with us freaks rocks!!!

your buds are just chasing the tail...if chicks hung out where you and your non-single buddies drank beer and talked they would hang out there too.

i blame the reason i can't go out all the time with my single buds on the wife but in reality i just would rather watch t.v., play 360, surf the net or watch movies at night...most of the time. if i'm going be in a situation where i can look at women but not touch(since I'm married) I might as well watch porn on the net rather than spend money at a bar.

Hey guys, just wondered and I'm sure this has happened to many peeps... I have some buddies and they are older and single at the moment, of course most of you guys/gals know that I got recently married in October and it was one of the best days of my entire life.

Well here's the scoop, I have these friends that go out clubbing and they go to places that are way younger for them, I'm 32 right now and these guys are getting up there close to the 40 marker. The problem is that even though I don't drink often or at all, I would like to hang with them but I'm so out of that scene it's not even funny. It's total boredom, I mean if I'm gonna drink I'm gonna go somewhere with awesome beer and really just to catch up with my buds, not some place with pounding bass and where you can't hear the person next to you on what they are saying...

I know they are single but why are they still into this scene do you ever think they'll ever grow out of it or continue to party like it's 1999. :lol

My deal is I don't wanna hang with college kids and drink Bud Light, Budweiser and Coronas at a bar. Do I have the problem....? Thank god I have this hobby and bodybuilding because I don't think I could rely on these guys for a good time out :D

I just think I'm over it and chilling places that have character are more my style these days...

Thoughts comments, all appreciated.

Of the remaining single friends I have, most are still into the club scene. I stopped going to clubs some 7 or 8 years ago (I'm 34 now). Towards the end when I was going, it really started to suck as I either had to drink too much in order to not be self conscience enough to get on the dance floor, or I stayed sober and got bored very easily.

I still go on a rare occasion, and pretty much hate it every time. I would much rather spend my time and money at a sports bar watching football or basketball, playing pool or trivia, bowling, or watching a live band play at a dive bar. The club seen is so pretentious. Seems like most of the women that hang out in clubs are either full of themselves or looking for the guy who drives a Ferrari. Plus, you can't have any sort of conversation at a club. And it's expensive as hell too.

Question Ski. You said these are your single friends that go to these clubs, correct? If yes, how often do they hook up and take someone home, or at least meet someone? If it's often, I can see why they keep going, but if not, I think they don't want to admit they are getting older.

I still remember being in college and going to clubs and staring/laughing at the too drunk 40+ year old who didn't realize he was just a little too old to be trying to pick up college chicks.

Yea Ski nothing wrong with just chillin bro, there all probably looking for girls and since you're not you probably won't have a good time, like I would see if they'd want to go to some place chill like a quiet bar but if they still want to go to like a club I'd say pass :D

Nah it's a failure, I would say that they fail 98% of the time :lol and they are definitely on their way if not all ready to the 40+ looking older guys I would say. I younger looking for even being 32 but they really don't take care of themselves in the healthy aspect.
