I don't understand why people collect "sexy" statues of cartoon characters, but it is apparently HUGE in Japan, and there is probably a pretty big market here for it, too. I've seen some stuff come up for order on BBTS that just blows my mind.

Personally I think it's a very cool interpretaion of the human form. Not everything is about soldiers and superheroes.
