You've got to open them up and stretch them a little before putting the mag pouches in. I used a mechanical pencil.

Ugh I hate those Pouches even with stretching it still was hard to get them in. Cobra Commander on the other hand did not have that problem.

I didnt even bother putting my mags in. You can't tell looking at him and I didn't want to chance tearing the vest.

Yeah I didn't have any probs with my Commanders but I had to work with SE, I had to use the wiggle back and forth method. I was thinking the same thing as I didn't want the pouch to tear open also, so I was just being patient and pushing them back in forth.

Now they slid in and out of the pouches nicely

Ya don't you hate it when you have the clip half way and you don't know what's stopping it from going all the way in?

LOL I tore 1 pouche but it's not very noticable because the velcro covers the small tear

Just picked up a sweater from toy anxiety and after cutting off the turtleneck and some length on the arms, I stuck it on the prometheus and then covered it with the body suit. I think it looks pretty good. Gives a little bulk to the arms and shoulder specially.

I put a slight tear in one of the magazine pouches, as well. I hope that they learned their lessons, and that we won't get this problem again.

Bit the bullet and bought one off ebay. With the Live.com cashback it only ends up being about $10 more than SSC was selling him for. I'd say that's not too bad considering the prices I've seen him fetching lately.
