I hope you all have great days at the gym! I'm getting ready myself, just had some Oats, Natty PB, and eggs... I'm looking forward to blasting my arms/shoulders today. :rock
 
Ahhh it must of not loaded right away whenever I was scrolling, great PS work buddy! :rock :rock :rock How long did it take yah?

I'd say basically a day. It started out as one design, I didn't like where it was going, went for a different look, then it was a matter of finding the right angles, poses and lighting to fit into the composition.
 
Hindu squats are great to build explosive power and really test your endurance. My dad wrestled and he use to do lots of these. For those who never tried it you should start at 50 and then build yourself up to 500. I guarantee it will test you.

I also like to go from squats to Hindu push-ups. It builds all around functional strength for not just getting in shape but for sports especially grappling.

Well, got back from my workout a hour or so ago.. really had a good one today. My vein on my bicep was showing today for the first time and my deltoids were massive today as well, really hit those muscles hard. I also did a wicked superset for triceps, seated extensions, dips, and bench weighted dips. My arms were POPPING after all of that. Plus my 30 mins of cardio, it was a really great training day.

It made me feel a lot better too, after the bad weekend I had. :rock

I wish they did! I just put a plate on my lap and did it very carefully, and since I was placing my hands on the bench and my feet on another one, I could balance it. As far as the regular dips, I just did those with Body weight.

And as for the weekend, I was good most of the weekend. My Wife went to Sonic, and I cheated a little... had a small ice cream. But stuck to my guns the rest of the week, never went over 2000 calories or too high on the fats or carbs. I don't work out on the weekend, but I did a few sets of push ups to burn some calories.... especially after that ice cream debacle. :lol

And I did get the DVD, just need to watch it now! :rock

I wish they did! I just put a plate on my lap and did it very carefully, and since I was placing my hands on the bench and my feet on another one, I could balance it. As far as the regular dips, I just did those with Body weight.

Nothing really new but shoulders, tri's and shrugs are my longest days so I didn't do cardio today but I got in the morning. So up 4:00am tomorrow morning to do some more cardio and hit the weights again!

McGrath is gonna blow ur mind man, I'll rip another one whenever I get time, maybe tonight. It's Arms DVD that I gave yeah right, I have his Chest version as well. Dude is sick, of course he's not natural but it's just motivating, makes u wanna lift all ur 1/6 Jason's and start busting walls down :lol
