I had to call them today to change something about my order and thats when they told me it would ship soon. I still have not gotten any notice from their website either though. Your notice will probably be coming very soon as well i would bet.

Here is a picture of mine (2nd batch). Apparently the flap on the rear problem is fixed now! Since they can both be flipped up completely now. I know it's not that big of a concern for most people. But just for those that are just curious about whether they have fixed that or not in the 2nd batch or not.

First, it was the rumour about Batman TDK costume 2nd batch having the chest plate fixed, then people changed their mind after getting theirs saying it's probably the same, then came the cape, then some argued that they're the same, then (as silly as it may sounds) the size of the crotch.

Now it's Ironman 2nd batch?

People, if rumours of Hot Toys "2nd batch" keep circulating like this without a hard evidences of differences (that's possibly are results of QC), then why bother pre-ordering? Just wait for the "2nd batch" to be offered before buying to get your perfect toy.

I for one don't believe in "2nd batch". I would imagine how costly it would be for a factory to change a setting of a mass production, just to fix a flaw that may or may not be caused by a simple QC.

I don't doubt your opinion about the major changes to the figure in the 2nd batch! It just makes no sense for a factory to do something like that. Too costly.
I just simply said that they've fixed the one of the rear flap which indeed was made incorrectly in the first batch of shipment.

Does anyone know how long the LED lights will probably last with this figure? It's not like you can switch out the batteries, so I'm assuming once the lights die out, you're just outta luck?

Not sure how long they'll last, but you can switch out the batteries. Some people here who have had non working lights have already switched out the batteries.
