I just don't see what this could come with to make it, for me, a "must have" figure. A couple of extra weapons certainly won't do it (between BR and V1 he's pretty well kitted out), the cop Joker head sculpt has absolutely no appeal for me. Even if they included a prosthesis-free Heath Ledger sculpt (which I HIGHLY doubt), without a 1/6 Jake Gyllenhaal I wouldn't have much use for it...

this figure is gonna be awesome, as soon as new pics and details are announced people are gonna change their minds and want to order it. and there's a lot of ways you could pose him, all you had to do is see pics of actual color guards to get ideas

haha i think he means in season 4, scofield obviously dresses up as some type of honor cop like this outfit we're seeing here. I'm a big prison break fan, but S4 is just terrible, so didnt watch it, just speculating. but yeah lol

does sound good, if there is another sculpt, i think it'll be a no brainer for me, but if not, it'll have to have some VERY bloody interesting accessories, and not just regular stuff we could kitbash using other 1/6th accessories

Season 1 and 2 were great, but season 3 started to go downhill and then season 4 was complete crap so I stopped watching.

He's probably thinking about using the suit for Scofield since in one of the episodes, he disguises himself as a cop

Every answer will be different because it's a matter of opinion. Depends on what YOU like. You decide what's best when it comes to your collection etc. Some people prefer the v.1 because of the outfit. Some the BR Joker because of the head sculpts. I'm sure this new Cop Joker figure will be the same.
If you don't have any though, I wouldn't recommend this as your first (unless HT includes a head sculpt with make-up). You'd be better off getting the BR Joker or the V.1 imho.
This one will certainly have something to draw those with two Jokers back in for another dip. Either tons of gear or two insane headsculpts...or both.
Dreaming: be cool if it was a Nurse/Cop two-in-one.

Just a little freaky
I've been reading a bit on the Chinese toy boards. The big rumour is that it may include the sticky mine gun for Batman as well.
I am personally stoked for this figure. I got to work on this movie as a police extra when it filmed in '07. This scene was the first I worked on and we shot it for 3 of the 7 days I was on it for. Heres some pics of me in uniform. I got to wear the same uniform as Ledger so we'll see how accurate Hot Toys got with it.
He and all his goons had the Dawes name tag on.

Throwing in the sticky bomb gun would be a sure way to sell this, I'm already sold but the inclusion of the sticky gun would make me even more excited.
