I always get a chuckle seeing things like this, people being so confident where references are from when it's not even their image. Make no mistake, that is the BvS costume. I'm not calling you out, saying it's you who made it though.
It is the BvS suit it just looks like Joss Whedon was the one in charge of the flash lighting for the picture.

Pretty sure that muscle suit is the Man of Steel one too.

There is too much cavilling about this figure going on in this thread. But I guess that's what threads are for. To cavil about Cavill figures. :ROFLMAO:

I have already sent IA your incredible work and they have seen it 🙂❤️ have also talked to my friend who's friend and collaborator is doing IA's other figure(s). But thank you once again for summing this up so perfectly. You rock!
This is a dream come true thank you so much my friend <3 My work would have been nothing if it wasn't shared so I'm very happy. If Inart puts this as one of their references while working on the figure no doubt the final product will look amazing!! I really appreciate you. :)

As always everyone who helped me revise the work thank you guys a lot. Not the best edit but a great visual of much improved proportions from their prototype.

I sent them the message. I noticed the v cut on the boots should be less wide by the way in case you want to add it also 👍🏻

After most of what I read in this forum this is what I can come up with. If you guys like it we can use this as reference to send to them. (I think its a signifcant improvement)

There were a lot of things I had to do.. they included

1. Longer and wider neck (Not giraff neck but longer than original)
2. Shoulder slightly longer (Do not want HT shoulders)
3. Hips and thighs widened
4. Boots were shortened
5. C shaped collar (just like what many people saw)
6. Vibrant cyan colored, less saturated and darker suit.
7. Believe it or not bigger d**k
8. More saturated skin tone because he seems a tiny bit pale.
9. Brighter side hip design straps
10. lower trap proportion
11. More muscle highlights from original suit

I'm tempted to dm inart about this and if many people like it we all should send this to them. If they can revise it close to this we all would be happy.

Edit is not perfect, but main thing is that they take this picture in consideration before they take it towards the final product.

A great edit! The symbol looked off in the early prototype as it was just too small overall. Recently the newer version just didn't look as square as it should. The same in your edit. I played around with your image to see where I thought it could be off. These images of him aren't taken using the same lens so it couldn't be the same but it might highlight where adjustments could be made.

This is your edit laid over the scan using the head as a datum point.

This is your edit cut from mid-neck to foot. Stretched vertically 2% and then pasted on the scan.

This is the same picture again but with the area from under the symbol to the mid-groin area, enlarged by 1% vertically and horizontally (better than nothing :sneaky:).

I've no idea if this is of any use. This is roughly how I got this conclusion.

The Hot Toys suits don't have any extra paint/shadowing on them. The screen printing has a bit of a semi-gloss shine to it, then the thin material itself really allows the silver (BvS body) and chrome (JL/ZSJL body) shine through the suit material.

It would appear that the material InArt chose to use for the proto is a bit too thick in terms of the fibers being too close together; therefore not allowing the shine of the under body to shine through in the same way the HT one does. By-Art had this same problem with their 2 Superman releases.
I have my BvS suit at work so just took some pics.

Seeing all these edits is going to lead to people being disappointed. They'll make changes, but I doubt they will take it to this extreme.
True, but some are better than none I guess.

The biggest difference that stands out for me are the thighs and silver shine through the suit, and the suit colour tone.

I know HT had thunder thighs, but InArts are clearly too small. Somewhere in between is right.

I'd be happy if they address those three which are the biggest obvious differences, which you'd think should be possible. Anything else will be gravy.
