Yeeeah. Even though I enjoyed most of those movies on some level, the only one of those I can see myself wanting to rewatch years down the road is the first WW. The others are either grim and bleak as hell or cheesy beyond belief.

Honestly the only DC thing I have any interest in seeing on the big screen right now is Matt Reeves' Batman. I'd be perfectly happy if Warners just scrapped everything else and focused only on that.

It is just mind blowing how WB ruined the DC brand into the ground. Very sad to see. I agree a full reboot and a few years of rest needed but as we can see WB still making the stupid decisions.

Even if Superman will be great I don't think people will care enough to watch it. They need to do lot's of work to earn the trust back. At least they should have scraped the flash and the rest and integrate Pattinson into the new DCU and start the movies with Superman while no DC movie is shown until than so at least people have time to rest a little.

It’s too late, the superhero ship has sailed. WB missed their golden opportunity. They should’ve struck while the iron was hot, instead of trying to play catch up with Marvel. The smartest option would’ve been to try and salvage what’s there. People have begged for YEARS for a proper sequel to Man of Steel, and even some very high profile directors (Mcquarrie, Matt Vaughn) showed interest. The fact that they didn’t even entertain that shows WB just doesn’t give two ***** about these characters or their fans. I think superhero fatigue is real in the sense that most people don’t have the energy or patience for yet another “reboot.” Even if Gunn happens to turn out a quality product, I don’t think the general audience will care enough to see it. The damage to the brand has already been done.

I think the parade of people in charge of DC at Warner Bros. haven’t demonstrated that they have any understanding of what DC fans want to see. They appear to learn the wrong lesson from every single setback that they’ve suffered, with these movies.

Why did I think this movie send a message that was a metaphor of DCEU fate? Fans that came with a lot of theories, possibilities of how DCEU could have been great. Given if multiverse/time travel exist and we do see all the movies could have been better, but in the end it still failed.
WB message is it's okay to make mistake, you have to let it go, lol

It's okay to make a mistake, it's okay to make a few mistakes. WB has that big of a collection of mistakes they could start their own forum.

I like DC but these are not exactly the finest collection of films, even if it came with ZSJL
