Thanks Jmann. This review is great. Love the darker background compared to the bright white which most reviewers use. Awesome stills as well.
This actually pushed me over the edge for this figure. Looks really bad-ass !

Lol nah dude...I'm just trying to find a shot where it looks good headon...it's already been established that the figure looks good from the profile view, so if I can find one...just one image where it looks incredible headon then I'll be sold on this one!
No probs! And yup darker background is actually pretty satisfying. Makes the gold pop lol

I just emailed FengXue at Loontentoys and sent payment for this and Widow.
It will be the first figure i have bought in a while, but i can't miss this incredible sculpt and all those accessories.
I've always loved Hawkeye as a character and i felt his loss in the powerful scene at the beginning of Endgame. I knew i'd want the figure, but the headsculpt is so perfect it has blown the other previous versions out the water.

Is the Hawkeye disney plus show still happening? This might be the last Hawkeye we get or the last one for a long time.

Yeah it's still happening. It was supposed to start in the fall. One of the one of the insiders that keep track of marvel production schedules and what not recently revealed its working title.

Seems the pandemic delayed a lot of the disney plus shows
This guy reported that wandavision and falcon/winter soldier will be finishing pick ups soon and then Hwakeye would start.

More than likely disney will try to eek these shooting schedules out by the fall or they will be even more delayed.
But we likely have one more figure of this guy coming. I don't see hot toys passing up the Disney Plus shows
Interesting. I assumed (correctly or incorrectly I?m not sure) that they were asking because of the allegations that came out against Renner a few months ago. Normally a controversy like that will immediately cause Disney to turn on the person, but maybe they decided to take it easy after James Gunn.

I just keep hearing about all the other shows, Loki, Wandavision, Falcon, Kenobi, Cassian and of course Mando. It seemed like Hawkeye was on, then off, then delayed, then off so i wasnt sure.
Did they ever officially cast someone as Kate Bishop? I remember hearing the Bumblebee girl was supposedly a lock, but COVID-19 hit and then radio silence.
Makes sense. Wanda, loki, and falcon had already started filming before the virus hit. Naturally they would get all the brunt of the news from casting to story details and whatever else. I think Hawkeye, ms marvel and she hulk were up next before things went to hell. The she hulk writer confirmed she finished the scripting for that series on her twitter and I know the showrunner for Hawkeye was announced as one of the guys involved in mad men. So they were all in various stages of pre production
Yeah Variety reported that way back when but there were other reports of her having scheduling conflicts with another show she was on for Apple Plus. Disney never actually confirmed anyone at this point. So who knows. Honestly with the virus spiking up again in many places I can see all mcu productions delayed again

That delay might work in her favor to some extent. Of course whatever Apple is delayed too but it may give her the space to take role once everything settles.
Ive only ever seen her in True Grit but I thought she was really good. I could def see her as kate bishop
