Hot Toys reusing the base from T1 T-800 police shootout. Somewhat sloppy, like they do all the time with SW figures.

I agree, though I think what's wrong with the base is that it doesn't feel as suiting to the figure, a rubble/diorama type base would fit better in my opinion.

I just finished unboxing this figure and it?s amazing. The only minor issue I ran across is the stark HS, the BD faceflate is not sitting straight into the stark helmet, it keeps popping off. Has any had this issue? Is it not suppose to sit in place? I had no issue with the light up helmet

It was a little tricky to get seated. I can't remember just now but I think I slide it in under the top part of the helmet first.

It will fit, but I highly suggest you don't waste a dollar on that thing. I've owned one and even if it wasn't for the electrical issues that it had, I had no desire to keep it. It's clunky, ill designed, and very cheap looking. You're doing a disservice to a $400 work of art by putting it in there.

Did anyone fit their die cast 7 in a Hall of Armor unit? Want to make sure it fits before I order one.

The Mark 7 easily fits in the HOA and I'm going to have to disagree DioramaMaker, they are not cheap and do not have electrical issues.

Anyone else having problems with the accessories fitting in place

for instance, my thigh attachments.
the regular silver ones are nice and tight to the figure and sit flush.
the thigh attachments with the bullets fit loosely and have a large gap in between them and the figure.

also my forearm parts.. WOW. I wanted to put the wrist rockets on but the original ones ( top part) are like they are glued in place. I’ve been working on them for 30 minutes and they are not budging......

Really?!?:slap

thanks!!!

Yeah pretty sure thats intended too.
Also the wrist armour was a nightmare on mine to get off but you just have to be brave and use more force than you think you should

yep,
took a while but finally got the forearms armor redone so I could do the forearm rockets

it was easier to to the switch out if you pop the arms out of the sockets.

less cumbersome that way as you?re only holding the arms and not the whole body as your doing the swap out...

thanks again.....

Thanks for the opinions, fellas. I'd rather keep my Mark 7 in a cool pose in one of my Detolfs, but I'm out of room. Sideshow has the single HOA for $100 with free shipping and a coupon, so I'll keep it in there until some space frees up.

If you get a HOA I recommend that you forego using batteries in the walls and just wire them directly to the 4.5vdc power jack of the base.

That way you never have to worry about batteries
