That is a good find there, though in other scenes it's less visible under the chest plate. Like you literally can't see any gold at all.

Yeah it looks like the chest plate should protrude out a bit more over the gold trim, but it still doesn't seem like a big deal to me, and is something I can easily live with.

While the MK6 will always be my favourite suit on screen, I've never been a fan of the candy gloss red finish of IM.
If this comes out looking like It currently is, ill be waving bye bye to the MK6!

The knee articulation can do a 150 degrees swivel. Glad they can keep good articulation with the transformation gimmick.
This figure needs to be made in 1/4 scale.
That would be amazing and probably will happen down the road. Mark VII has and will always be a crowd favorite.

A 1/4 scale would be quite the round trip for me, as my first "pricier" collectible figure was the NECA 1/4 Mk7.

My fantasy 1/4 lineup is a Mk1, Mk2 or 3, Mk6, and Mk7, Mk42/43, Mk47, Mk85. They'll almost positively do Mk4 and 6 next as they're basically the same so 2 releases for 1 R&D, 7 is a one hit but look how many fantasy variant releases the first 7 got, so I think they'll get around to it. In the mean time though once this DC Mk7 is out I can see them finally doing 1/6 Mk1 in"diecast", that's about all they have left unless they want to finish the HPP.
After the 1/4 Mk3, I'd love to get one of the newer armors to go with it, but can't decide if I'd want that to be the 46, 50 or 85, since they'd all look pretty damn awesome in that scale.

It's the mk7, so the mold is the same. An inevitable conclusion i'd say. Not a bad idea either if you like that suit.

Finally pulled the trigger on this last night by jumping on the waitlist for the EX, I have the MK6 and that will always be my favourite but the finish on this is what ive always wanted from a HT Iron Man
I jumped on the waitlist too. Not sure if I want this yet but figured I should get on the waitlist as that will give me time to decide in case it converts.
