The hookah is also a big improvement. Now for one he can actually hold it to his mouth. Two, the smokey paint effect on the inside is well done.

Loving all the photos and videos. I’m anxiously waiting for my Jabba to arrive. I won one in the Sideshow Spooktacular Sell Your Soul contest. I had the original Jabba and Throne on pre-order back when it was first announced and then had to cancel at the last minute due to money issues, I had Bib Fortuna, Boush and all the creatures but no Jabba (hoping to order Han Solo in Carbonite soon) so winning the new one is like winning the Holy Grail of my collection. I also just moved to a bigger house where I will finally be able to get my 1/6th figures out of storage and display them. We have an unfinished basement that we plan to put a home theater into and I’m thinking Jabba will be the centerpiece. I can’t wait!

I'm thinking of going to Michaels and seeing if they have one of those clear plastic storage containers with the divisions in them that might work for the various parts. It is a bit too bad that Sideshow didn't include some sort of smaller container that could be removed from the main packaging, because if I store the parts in the big box, they are never going to get used.

What did they make you do to win Jabba?

I remember watching the chewbacca video and thinking WTF! They made you go into a store with a mask on! In the land where everyone has guns for self defence! It could
only have been more dangerous if they had asked you to go into a bank.

Or you can just individually put the parts in various sized baggies. This is how I store all my extra 1/6 stuff..then it goes in a storage container (from Walmart). There's only been a few items I've had to separate, like the extra Taun-Taun head & horn set. So I'm just going to have to bag up a **** ton of items when I get this. So now that I think about it, it would be nicer to keep it separately and easier to access (like you showed) than opening up baggies.

Thanks everyone, I have no idea when it’s coming, they have contacted me once early on to get my address, but I haven’t heard anything since. I should probably bug them some more.

To win I had to dress up like Indiana Jones (I had the outfit from when I proposed to my wife on her Halloween birthday. I hid the engagement ring inside the fertility idol from Raiders.) then I had to go to a hardware store and get someone to help me find Dr T’s Snake Repellent and I had to buy the snake repellent, at some point I had to say the line “Snakes why did it have to be snakes!”

I like to joke my Indy is shortly after starring in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Donuts. LoL

I have to add everyone at the store was awesome and totally played along without me giving them any forewarning. I’d did not bring my Indy pistol but I did have my whip.

Oh dear, ok it's pretty sappy and my mom was filming it and crying at the same time and she should never hold a camera ever lol. My parents did surprise me by dressing up as Henry Jones Sr and Indy's mom, as seen in the Young Indiana Jones Adventures.
